Grenada has two sister islands, Carriacou and Petite Martinique.  Carriacou is not as mountainous as Genada, but has beautiful fine sandy beaches and Petite Martinique is just now being developed for visitors These islands are often referred to as the least spoilt islands in the Caribbean, with amazing colors and beauty.

• Weather:   the average temperatures range from 75° F - 85° F year round.  Even during the rainy seasons there is rarely more than 1 shower per day.  The lowest temperatures are between November and February and the driest months are between January and May.

Marriage Requirements

You must arrive on the island at least three days (including weekends and public holidays) before you apply for a marriage license.  Required documents include valid passports, original birth certificates and a Sworn Affidavit (or letter from a Clergy Man, Lawyer or Registry), attesting that neither party has not been married previously   In the event either had been divorced or widowed, proof of divorce or death certificate must also be presented. All documents must be in English.  If the originals are in another language, they must be translated into English and certified.
